UV Filter – TTO-51 Series
TTO-51 series is rutile, ultrafine titanium dioxide with an average primary particle diameter of 20nm.
Its range of wavelength absorption is between 290 and 320 nm. Notable characteristics include low photoactivity and low concentrations of heavy metals.
It shows high transmittance in the visible region, making it ideal for use in sunscreens that require a transparent finish. Before blending, it is recommended to disperse this product once in, for example, a highly polar ester oil.
