Applications
ASA-8101 – Structural adhesive
Two components (2-K) thermoset resin designed for bonding metals (Al, Steel, Cu, Ni) with the following advantages:
- Room temperature storage
- Room temperature curing
- 73% bio-base content
- High adhesion
- High elongation
- Tg defined by curing condition, e.g. Tg: 40°C @ 25°C x 1 day / Tg: 54°C @ 100°C x 1hour
ASA-8102 – FRP matrix resin
Single component (1-K) thermoset adhesive designed for bonding metals (Al, Steel, Cu, Ni) and FRP components with the following advantages:
- 1 component
- Long pot life
- Low viscosity
- 95% bio-based content
- High stability
ASA-8103 – FRP matrix resin
Two components (2-K) thermoset resin designed for FRP components with the following advantages:
- Room temperature storage
- Low viscosity
- 78% bio-based content
- High Tg: 145°C
