Sublimating at 360°C

Melting at 563°C when pressurized. Skin corrosive. Easily absorb moisture from the air. When dissolved in water, Phosphoric Acid can be made along with much heat released.

Applications

High purity P₂O₅ is a phosphorus source used for N-type doping in semiconductor and solar cell industries.

It is also the raw material used for laser crystal growth such as KDP, KTP and DKDP.

It can also be used to make medicine, cosmetics and high purity Phosphoric Acid
